Depending on the experience of the candidate, we have an opening for an experienced Broker Assistant, Assistant Account Exec or junior broker.

We’ll help you build your career – but you must be driven by customer service excellence, enjoy a dynamic and fast-paced environment and determined to succeed in a high performance culture!

The Job

  • Assist your brokers with the renewals to their portfolio of insurance policies, with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills – preparing insurance documentation for our clients, following-up information and forms and assisting with insurance renewals and filing documentation
  • Conduct market reviews, quoting and processing
  • Maintain our reputation for exceptional customer service by providing accurate responses to all client enquiries and ensuring each interaction with clients is a positive experience.
  • Lodging claims support and helping manage those efficiently
  • Following up client payments
  • Develop your understanding of the insurance broking industry by assisting your brokers with a huge range of clients across risks and industries
  • Full-time role at King Street Wharf office

What you need to succeed

  •  experience in Insurance broking – both newer and more experienced candidates considered
  • Attention to detail and strong accuracy as well as organisational skills
  • “Can-Do” attitude, finding solutions rather than problems and able to think on your feet
  • Confidence speaking with clients at all levels
  • Relevant University degree a plus, but not essential
