Responsibilities
- Maintaining the company’s busy switchboard by answering and directing all incoming calls
- Act as first point of contact for clients and visitors
- Ensuring all deliveries and mail is processed and distributed in a timely manner
- Facilitate smooth running of the office ensuring optimum maintenance and management of kitchen supplies, office stock, equipment, and utilities
- Providing any overflow administrative support to departments as and when needed

- Relevant experience

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

- Punctual and reliable
- MS Office knowledge
