Harry completed his Bachelor of Commerce degree (with a major in Accounting) at Macquarie University. He joined Bell Partners whilst completing his final year of studies, initially in business services, before progressing to working within the internal finance function of Bell Partners, and then leading the Audit Division. He also became a Chartered Accountant over a decade ago whilst working for Bell Partners. Harry then moved back into business services before establishing the Norwest office in 2010, of which he has been the Managing Director since its inception. In addition to being a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, he is also a Chartered Tax Adviser with the Tax Institute.

Founder and Chair, Loyal Foundation (a charitable organisation that fundraises and donates all monies to children's health charities), since 2009.

Patron, Australian Sailing Team, Since 2016.

Owner and Managing Director, Bell Partners accounting firm since 1997.
